Are there any limitations to custom puzzle designs?

To preserve our signature quality, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) . While most designs are possible, our team will notify you if your file requires adjustments. In most cases it shouldn't be an issue if using a cell phone newer than 2020.

How long does it take to receive a custom puzzle?
Each custom puzzle is meticulously made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production, plus additional shipping time. This ensures your custom design receives the attention to detail it deserves.

We offer worldwide shipping to bring our luxury puzzles to your doorstep. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery times vary based on location—typically between 5-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 14-30 business days for international ones.
